Policy: Web
Writers International offers marketing services that
include advertising and programming. Any services
rendered must be paid in full up front unless otherwise
negotiated. All advertising and marketing that
involve creating websites must be hosted on our servers
unless otherwise negotiated. Web Writers
International does not require any time committed
contracts and all content and material created including
domain names may be transferred away from Web Writers
International for a service fee of $50.00. Web
Writers International reserves the right to take down
any client website for non-payment and or spamming.
No adult content and "off-color" website design or
advertising will be considered by Web Writers
International. Refunds are not offered unless by
act of weather or circumstances does not allow Web
Writers International to perform the work. Web
Writers International reserves the right for a two week
grace period before refunds are offered due to
circumstances mentioned above. Web Writers
International does not guarantee any specific results or
performance of our services. If low performance of
marketing is due to Web Writers International, no
charges will be implemented to the customer to correct
performance problems that may result in our service
companies such as our domain host. Web Writers
International is not responsible for lack of performance
due to any of our service companies such as the domain
hosting companies used by Web Writers International.
Web Writers International is owned by Sanfafa
Corporation.
Fees:
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged for marketing to any clients
within the state of Texas. Sales tax will not be
charged on programming contracts such as eCommerce
websites or single website design no intended to be
marketing created by Web Writers International.
Expenses
Any charges or costs incurred by Web Writers
International for services rendered outside of contact
must be paid by customer but, will not be charged
without up front approval by customer not including
expenses caused by functions the customer is responsible
for such as: incorrect photos sent by customers, down
time at photo shoot, missed phone or face to face
meetings, spamming, redo of contract or anything that
causes extra work by Web Writers International.
Travel expenses will be charged but, quoted first, for
any services outside a 60 mile radius of zip code 77379.
Meetings
Missed meetings and or photo shoots by customer will
be charged a $50.00 fee plus hourly rates and travel
expenses. Web Writers International understands
that circumstances exist when meetings must be
rescheduled and no charges will be implemented so long
as meetings are canceled at the least, one hour before
Web Writers International is scheduled to leave the
office.
Products and
Services: Web Writers International and Peabody
Travel, offers products and services two fold: Services
offered by Web Writers International and products
and services offered by companies to whom we are affiliated with.
Any services offered by our affiliates are not the
responsibility of Web Writers International but, Web
Writers International will assist in resolving conflicts
related to our affiliates.
Contact: Any
discrepancies in our services may be
addressed through telephone, email or direct mail.
All contact information is available on our contact
page. Any discrepancies of contract from any Web
Writers International must first be dealt though that
office. Only after contacting that office and no
resolution is achieved may a customer of a Web Writers
International franchise contact the Houston office.
It is not the
responsibility of Web Writers International to call a
client on a daily basis if client does not return calls
or respond to emails. Web Writers International is
not responsible for lost work or lost performance due to
non responsive customers.
Copyright Policy:
Web Writers International follows all copyright laws. Graphics
used for our website and advertising mainly come from a
licensed copy from Corel. Graphics and photos used
for our websites are legal copies and are not
breaking any copyright laws. Any graphics and
photos on Web Writers International may have copyrights of
other companies and or individuals. No material
from our website(s) may be copied for personal or business
use.
Franchise Offices -
Web Writers International franchise businesses are
individually owned businesses. They are their own
company. Web Writers International terms and
conditions only apply so long as the company offers a
licensed Web Writers International Franchise. If a
Web Writers International Franchise closes, all
contracts will be fulfilled but, no guarantees are
offered beyond an existing contract. If a
Franchise of Web Writers International closes, a Houston office
representative will contact you to discuss any current
contracts.
Travel:
Peabody Travel is licensed to sell travel to United
States residents through Travel Planners International
and to clients outside of the United States though
Global Travel International. Travel mishaps, loss
of monies or any other problems related to travel booked
through Peabody Travel's online booking system is not
the responsibility of Peabody Travel but, Peabody Travel
will assist as much as possible in resolving any
problems incurred by travel companies we are affiliated
with. Any travel booked directly through Peabody
Travel is the responsibility of Peabody Travel and
Peabody Travel is covered by insurance for travel sold
to U.S. residents.
Written Material:
Web Writers International follows all copyright laws and
U.S. freedom of speech laws. Web Writers
International has the right to write within the laws of
the United States. All material created by Web
Writers International for Web Writers International must
be viewed by and signed off on by all customers.
Web Writers International is not responsible for any ill
occurring results after client as proofed written
articles, magazines and or websites. Any changes
required by customer after client has proofed content
will be charged on a time and materials basis.
Contracts:
By signing a contract, the signer acknowledges that
they are accepting responsibility and the signer has the
authority to sign the contract. The signer
representing a company accepts full responsibility for
payment from the company.
Doing Business As:
Sanfafa Corporation is a registered Texas corporation.
Web Writers International operates under a Harris County Texas DBA of
Web Writers International and Peabody Travel. The domain name
owned by Sanfafa or Mike Rizzo is
not permitted to be used in any publications without
consent of Web Writers International. Links to our website may
only be to our home page without our prior written
consent.
