Policy: Web Writers International's policy is to insure a quality visit and experience to all customers.  Web Writers International abides by all state laws for where we sell our direct products.  Products and services offered by Web Writers International by other companies, the terms and conditions are governed by each company by itself and Web Writers International is not responsible for any activity outside of our Website.  Web Writers International will assist on any problems existing of any of the companies we are affiliated with only up to our legal power.  Web Writers International's policy is to act as a liaison between Web Writers International and any company we are affiliated with as gesture of good intentions to our customers.  Web Writers International abides and follows the CAN-SPAM Act, and we do not send solicited emails which violate this act.  Any person or persons sending email to Web Writers International without our permission entitles Web Writers International to legally make use of the email address for solicitation purposes.  Any visitor's sending an email requesting assistance or information will, their email address will not be used for solicitation purposes unless that visitor signs up for any promotions within the website.  Web Writers International makes all efforts to verify age of any recipient of Le Brochure emails.  Although Web Writers International is not required by law to follow the Childrens On-Line Privacy Protection Act, we assure our website is family friendly and Web Writers International does not give out or sell any information obtained about our customers.  Le Brochure does not use any tracking cookies nor implements any cookies on any visitor's computers.  All visitor information is collected through our webhosting company, Earthlink, which may be viewed at http://www.earthlink.net/about/policies/privacy/.

 Products and Services: Web Writers International offers products two fold: products manufactured by Web Writers International and products offered by companies to whom we are affiliated with.  Any products manufactured by Web Writers International: greeting cards, arts and crafts can only be sold to customers within the continental United States.  Services from Le Brochure are a hire by contract, they are not packaged services.  The greeting card service does not fall under this umbrella as it is a service involving Le Brochure's greeting cards, thus the greeting card service offered by Web Writers International will only be sold to customers within the continental United States.
All products are shipped by UPS.  No products WILL be shipped without a tracking capability.  Web Writers International guarantees shipment and takes full responsibility of the product arriving to the customer.  Web Writers International guarantees the quality of the product and offers a full refund to any products damaged in shipping.  The products must be shipped back in the container shipped to the customer to show damage to the shipping container.  Descriptions of our products are displayed to the best of our ability at this time thus we warrant the products to the extent of the description in quality and displayed images.  All sales are final unless damaged from shipping or misprinted.

Contacting Web Writers International is only permitted per the following:

1. Question on Le Brochure's products, services and or associated websites
2. Questions regarding orders
3. Questions regarding spam or any emails received from Web Writers International
4. Any requests or desire to contact Web Writers International for any other reason must be directed to salesmngr@webwritersinternational.com.  Sending a solicited email to Web Writers International is only permitted from valid email addresses and not safe lists or mass marketing campaigns.
5. Emails from sources which the webmaster of Le Brochure has approved to opt-in.

Service Refund Policy: Web Writers International offers no refunds on services.  Guarantees and refunds may be offered in individual contracts.  Refunds are not offered on our card sending services.  Extension of services will be offered in lieu of refunds.

Franchise Offices - Web Writers International franchise businesses are individually owned businesses.  They are their own company.  Web Writers International terms and conditions only apply so long as the company offers a licensed Web Writers International Franchise.  If a Web Writers International Franchise closes, all contracts will be fulfilled but, no guarantees are offered beyond an existing contract.  If a Franchise of Web Writers International, a Houston office representative will contact you to discuss any current contracts.

Copyright Policy: Web Writers International follows all copyright laws.  Graphics used for our website and advertising mainly come from a licensed copy from Corel.  Graphics and photos used for our greeting cards are legal copies and are not breaking any copyright laws.  Any graphics and photos on Web Writers International are may be have copyrights of other companies and or individuals.  No material from our website may be copied for personal or business use.

Shipping and Taxes:  Web Writers International has a legal continental United States sales tax permit.  Products sold to Texas residents will be charged sales tax.  All customers to whom we are shipping products will be supplied a UPS or Fedex tracking number.

Contracts:
By signing a contract, the signer acknowledges that they are accepting responsibility and the signer has the authority to sign the contract.  The signer representing a company accepts full responsibility for payment from the company.

Payment: All credit card charges through Web Writers International's website will be through PayPal.  All terms and conditions applied are that of PayPal.  No PayPal account is required for credit card transactions.  Personal checks are not accepted.  Services of more than $200.00 from any company will require a signed purchase order if payment is not rendered at time of order.

Doing Business As: Web Writers International operates under a Harris County Texas DBA of Web Writers International.  The domain name of webwritersinternational.com is not permitted to be used in any publications without consent of Web Writers International.  Links to our website may only be to our home page without our prior written consent.
